All address information provided must be checked and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistyped addresses, incorrect order amounts, improper shipping choices, and failure to select the gift option for a package. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the package can be delivered and placed in refrigeration/freezer promptly. We are not responsible for any products that perish due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery. The packages are clearly marked as "Perishable" and will expire if not kept cold; furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that are received but not opened. We cannot be responsible for Acts of God, or problems not related to Echo Valley Meats. It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all health and safety guidelines when thawing/handling products. It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all guidelines, as recommended by the FDA/Health Department, when handling products. If a change needs to be made to your order after it is processed, you must call Customer Service at 800-994-0083 between 9 AM - 5 PM CST. No changes will be accepted via email.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our prices are subject to change at any time. Once an item is placed in your cart you lock in that price for the duration of your shopping experience. After leaving the website, for any amount of time, your prices may change without notice. All promotions may be ended at any time, at the discretion of Echo Valley Meats.
Once your order is placed, you may check the order online from the account page of our site. You must have created an account during checkout or prior to checkout for this to be an option. Your support representative may require additional information from you before being able to process your request.
All perishable food orders are final unless you have received an incorrect order, we do not accept returns. If you have received incorrect items in your order, please call Customer Service between 9 AM - 5 PM CST at 800-994-0083 or by email us via the contact us page.
Please make sure to double check and verify your address on each order you place with us. We are not responsible for shipments that are returned to us as undeliverable, refused or unclaimed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address. Incorrect information may delay the shipment or may not be deliverable by FedEx.
